HIV/Aids leaves many children in Manyatta slum orphaned and traumatized. The stress of nursing sick parents, watching them die and being left to take care of siblings makes these children extremely vulnerable. Especially the girls who out of poverty are forced into prostitution and get infected themselves.

Help establish a vocational training centre for hair arts and beauty
The community has started an ambitious project to save girls by teaching them hair arts and beauty skills. It has a project up and running providing skills training to 50 girls.
